Do the dhcpcd Daemon have to be enabled for Pi-Hole?
I found some manuals in the internet which said I have to disable the dhcpcd Daemon for setting a static IPv6 address on the Raspberry Pi with Raspbian Buster.

You can set the static IP any way you wish to. Just make sure that Pi-hole / FTL knows which IP you have chosen.
