DHCP Server disabled, settings lost and list of static IPs deleted after reboot

Expected Behaviour:

Pi-hole retains settings after reboot. Installed on Pi 3B, Raspbian x64 Bookworm Lite (also tried Desktop, and rolling back to Bullseye) Core v6.0.6, FTL v6.1, Web interface v6.1

Actual Behaviour:

When rebooting the Pi (via SSH - AFAIK there is now no reboot option in the GUI) I have had numerous instances whereby the DHCP server page has been reset to default. Server disabled, IP ranges empty, list of static IPs empty. I have to manually re-enable each setting and copy in the list of statics from backup.

If it helps, I have 2 routers on the LAN, one with DCHP server disabled and the other in AP mode.

Any assistance greatly appreciated as I've lost so many hours to this issue today.

I've edited the OP to better conform to the requested format. Does anyone have any thoughts? It's still very much still an issue today. Happy to provide more info if I can. Thanks.

This is apparently a rendering issue. Using Chrome browser on my Win 11 Laptop, the fields will appear empty until a refresh of the page is made. Also verified on a separate install on a friend's network.

Really surprised this hasn't been picked up by devs / mods. Two separate verifications of this issue and no response.

Patience.

I've got all the patience in the world. Doesn't affect me any more as I know what the problem is. Just seemed to me like the sort of bug that could snowball in frequency of reports, can't believe it's limited to just 2 cases, but then there aren't 100s of threads about it, so who knows?

My only point with "patience" was that the support team may not have been doing a lot of work over the weekend.
Might want to submit another debug report, as they expire automatically after 3 days. Maybe they will see something that clues into the cause.

I'll check back midweek, see if there's any call for it, but thanks for the info.
