DHCP question about setting static IPs

Yes folks, it's me again.
I know I'm an idiot in search of my village, but c'mon.
I am not dealing with this day in day out, and it is confusing for me.

The issue I am facing:
I know it is not good but I kind of like static IP addresses.
I was looking through my DHCP list and saw this - see pictures.

Note the MAC address.

Scrolling down a bit more, I see this:

Same MAC address.

Details about my system:

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:

I am confused why if I have a STATIC lease on that MAC, it isn't working.

I believe there was a WAP outage - that device is connected via WAP - but the DHCP should have assigned it back to the fixed/static IP when it came back up.

I think I've found the problem.

There was a . rather than a , between the IP address and the name.

But it would be nice to get that checked.
