Debug log token is always blank and can't access web interface

The issue I am facing:
Issue 1: Debug token is always blank- https://tricorder.pi-hole.net/5beNaQNi/ (I can ssh into the debug log, but everything looks fine.)
Issue 2: Can't access web interface

Details about my system:
First time install today on RasPi 4 plugged into Verizon Fios router.

  1. Your debug token isn't blank, but you don't have permission to access the token.

    Only Pi-hole team members have permission to access tokens, but you can see your own Debug Log accessing /var/log/pihole/pihole_debug.log.

  2. The debug log shows the web interface is working.
