What mechanisms does PiHole have in place for encrypted DNS requests, is the default setup to use encryption?
In the future, will the PiHole project utilize DDR or is that unnecessary given the current setup? Thanks!

Pi-hole does not have native support for encrypted DNS. Outgoing DNS encryption can be accomplished by a number of third party software packages (Cloudflared, unbound, Stubby, DNSCrypt, etc).
