I tried clearing browser cache, restarting FTL, Rebooting PI, Clearing logs
Find the sockets ini file via php --ini (probably /etc/php/7.0/cli/conf.d/20-sockets.ini). Make sure the module is not commented out with ;.
What would be the terminal command to be able to edit it?
nano or vi or vim or gedit, any text editor will do.
Do I need to uncomment the priority=20 as well?

That shouldn't need to be changed.
So commenting that out didnt work so I just ended up reimiaging my pihole
