Curl SSL error updating FTL

I just had a similar issue going from 4.2 to 4.2.1 and followed the same directions, it seems to be working here also. I received this message:

While I don't find any issue with this being moved, my response was referencing the same commands for the previous issue worked for this issue also

Are you able to curl other URLs? If not, this may be a curl issue.

Edit: Make a debug token: pihole -d
