I use the “Pi-hole Droid” app on my Android smartphone to manage my Pi-hole. To log in to the Pi-hole via this app you need the IP and a token string. You can also register using a QR code. With Pi-hole v5 it was possible to display a generated QR code or an API string.
How can I create an API string for Pi-Hole v6? Is there the option to display a QR code in the final product?

v6 API is completely different than v5 API. They are not compatible.
Apps developed to work with v5 won't work with v6.
You will need to request to the app developers to create a v6 compatible app.

Pi-hole remote is a third party app, developed by a different team (this is not developed by Pi-hole team).
