Country specific Block list (Australia)

I installed Pi Hole on a first gen Pi and it's running beautifully.

However certain ads still get through.

The Pi Hole admin console shows that it's working and blocking ads, and I do see blank spaces where ads normally appear.

I assume (which is probably a very dangerous thing) that it's because the websites that I've noticed it on are Australian (.com.au), and the ads themselves are Australia specific (OZ companies advertising on OZ websites).

Are there any country specific block lists?

No, I have not seen any AU specific lists. It's possible to find out where the ads originate from and add them to pi-hole. You could also backup your custom lists via Pi-hole Teleporter so that your findings are not lost.

Pi-hole comes with ad-lists that are not enabled. How do I add additional block lists to Pi-hole? - FAQs - Pi-hole Userspace Also you'll find more lists here http://v.firebog.net/hosts/ and https://wally3k.github.io/
The problem adding more and more lists is the risk of false positives. Better to stick with pi-hole defaults and widely used block-lists.

I've found no Australian specific block lists, but I do block deliver.oztam.com.au because ABC iView uses it.

Commenting on an old thread, but you can try this list
