Most of the blocked items in my browser add-on mention Easylist, and that appears to have a lot of useful things to block: https://easylist.to/easylist/easylist.txt
Is there a way to make Easylist's 'list' usable for Pi-hole?

Nope, they are not compatible with a DNS blocker.
In what way is it incompatible?
Can some lines be used, or modified to work?
Pi-hole is a DNS blocker. It requires domain names. Easylist is a list of HTML selectors and URLs.
There is no compatibility between the two. The only thing you could pull out is a full domain and then you'd end up with things like google.com
or myblogsite.net
being completely blocked.
If you look on https://firebog.net, somebody has already gone through some of the adblock and easylists and pulled out some domains of interest and has them available in hosts format that can be used with Pi-hole.
