Commands to uninstall Stubby to reinstall unbound pls

Expected Behaviour:

Simple commands to uninstall Stubby on Rpi3 with PiHole

Actual Behaviour:

Getting error while uninstalling. More precisely to say I don't know the particular commands to type in SSH client to get it worked.

Pls help me in typing correct commands to uninstall Stubby from my PiHole so that I will revert back to unbound.
I am waiting for your help. Google search didn't return any step by step guide.
Waiting for input from experts.

I tried typing a reply but there are just too many if's.
Better luck at asking the guys where you got the Stubby install instructions from.
