Client 127.0.0.1 has been rate-limited - issue

I have installed pihole using docker following this guide:

Problem is, now I am getting this error:
client 127.0.0.1 has been rate-limited

Then I try to remove the rate limit and then within docker start I am getting 70k query requests! I am assuming there is some kind of looping happening here.

Note: I have already set DNS of my Asus Router to pihole server.
