Can't get rid of a certain add on a local newspaper

I've tried adding the domain to the blacklist, but nothing.. this must be something stronger...

The ad is the one in the middle in this page:

The domain that I see linked to it is oferplan.larioja.com

But even though I've placed the domain in the blacklist, it insists on showing up.. ideas?

Thanks! Tried a few and figured out one thing... this particular ad is a carrousel... it's inside a container! ugh...

With the stock blocklists and a few extra regex, I don't see what you see:

The ad is lower down the page.... Right after the opinion row....

Darn.. I found the culprit being caught in the logs...

But still the darned ad appears (that yellow-ish/green-ish blob in the middle):
