Cant access router interface

Expected Behaviour:

Hello, I am using pihole as my dhcp server. I have my router running openwrt and have the dhcp turned off. I am trying to access my router configuration to check and see if I forgot to turn off IPv6 which I think is leading to my websites loading slow. I did the iptables commands and didn't really see and improvment.

Actual Behaviour:

input 10.25.1.1 into my browser and it returns err_connection_refused

Pi-hole and DNS aren't involved when you try to browse a site via its IP address.

Verify your router's IP address and clear your browser's cache before retrying to access your router's web interface.
