Can't access pihole GUI dashboard

First off - my skills are fairly minimal. I was able to follow the pihole tutorial and set it up. I've looked at the current help tickets, and I'm sorry this is another dashboard web access issue, but I can't figure out what is going on. Can you please break down any advice into very simple terms.

  1. When trying to access pihole via the web on any type of browser (safari, chrome, and edge) via http://my pihole /admin/ or https, it will not connect.
  2. When trying to access the github with my token (below) to look at it, it will not recognize my user name and pw either. It says my email isn't valid, but I clearly have a github account (I'm logged into it right now).
  3. I've turned off my webroot firewall (it was working fine with webroot active for a couple months) and it made no difference. Also it's not being blocked by my adblock plus.

What do you see when you try to access the links below?

Do you see any error messages on the browser console (devtools)?

For security reasons, the Token is private and only members of Pi-hole team will be able to see the log.

There is no Github access where you can see the log.
You can see your own log at /var/log/pihole/pihole_debug.log.
