Cannot update due to fatal errors with https://github.com

Expected Behaviour:
Trying to update; #pihole -up

Actual Behaviour:
fatal: unable to access 'GitHub - pi-hole/pi-hole: A black hole for Internet advertisements': Could not resolve host: github.com

Debug Token:

DNS is setup to 8.8.8.8 and all other sites resolving correctly, cannot/will not resolve github.com to do any updates.

You are running an unsupported OS and the required dependencies are not available. The best solution is to update to a supported OS (Stretch or Buster).

Still same issue. Upgrading to Stretch didn't help.
