The issue I am facing:
I quit trying to make Pi-Hole Docker version to work. It is loaded with problems. So I installed the standalone version of PiHole. And now PiHole works as designed. However, the issue I am now facing is I lost access to CasaOS which is installed on the same Rasp4 motherboard. In short, PiHole standalone version now sits on top of Raspberry Pi Lite OS 64bit as well as CasaOS. It uses a 192.168.1.15 IP address which I guess the Rasp Lite OS manages. And now I seem to have lost access to CasaOS. When I enter 192.168.1.15 IP address it launches PiHole WegGUI but the router does not provide a different IP for CasaOS.
Details about my system:
Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB Ram running CasaOS with Pi-Hole docker installed. I have a C7000v2 Router/Modem combo unit and 9 devices attached. However, for test purposes I only have a Windows10 PC and a Raspberry Pi connected to the C7000v2 Router/Modem.
What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
I am no longer running Pi-Hole as a docker within CasaOS. It now runs independently. I hope somebody in the community can clarify to me how I can run both the standalone Pi-Hole and CasaOS on the same Rasp4 motherboard under two different IP addresses. Is such a configuration possible on the same Rasp4 motherboard? Any opinion welcome.
