Can not get PiHole to work

I have been trying for several days now with no luck. I have tried changing the DNS setting in my router to use the static ip of the raspberry pi running pi-hole. I have also tried just setting one device (my windows laptop) to use the static ip for DNS. When using the settings from the router, when I run ipconfig /all is shows the static ip of the pi as the DNS.

In both cases....when I try to go to a website this is what happens:

I obviously have something set wrong, I just can't figure out what it is. Any suggestions?

Are you able to access the WebUI (assuming you chose to install it)?

IPADDRESS/admin

Yes I am able to access the WebUI with no issues

Run pihole -d for a debug token.

Thanks for your suggestion, it helped me figure out my issue. I changed from eth0 to wlan0 and all is well now. I am absolutely not a network guy so I don't know WHY that worked, I am just glad it did! Thanks!
