Can I run PiHole on Chromecast to block ads on my whole WiFi network?

Hi,
I am looking to setup PiHole to block ads and websites that I don't want my children accessing. I have a Chromecast connected to my router using a USB dongle on the Chromecast via ethernet cable. Can I use the Chromecast as I would a Raspberry Pi and set up the Chromecast to block ads etc while also still retaining use of the Chromecast to watch tv etc?
This is new to me and so I would appreciate your help.

No.

Depending on your Chr*mecast stick, it may run a ChromeOS or Android TV OS variant.

Neither of those are on the list of Pi-hole's supported operating systems.
