Can Access admin web interface but can't ssh

Expected Behaviour:

I have my Raspberry Pi 3B installed with PiHole. I expect to be able to ssh to the local IP address but I'm getting the error: connection refused. The weird thing is, I can access the admin we interface by typing the same IP into a web browser. Not sure what is going on?

Actual Behaviour:

Can't access the Pi over ssh. Complete noob.

I will post the debug later but for now since I'm a new user it won't allow me to put links.

ssh is an OS level resource unrelated to Pi-hole.

Have you ever been able to ssh to this device? How did you access the Pi terminal to install Pi-hole?

Yes, I was able to SSH to the device before in the process of installing Pi-hole. However, after it completed, I started getting this connection refused. It's weird because I can still access the web interface at the same IP address.

These are different processes in different ports.

Do you have a monitor or TV you can connect to the Pi? This will let you see the terminal directly without ssh, and you can fix it from there.
