Bug when updating to 5.1 - Local DNS Records - DataTables warning: table id=customDNSTable - Invalid JSON response (Solved)

Expected Behaviour:

Trying to access http://MY_IP/admin/dns_records.php
And trying to Add a new domain/IP combination

Bad JSON response when trying to display the current list and failure when trying to add new records.
