Blocking VPN access

I would like to block all VPN access to wifi devices.

Current setup:
Hitron Modem/router. Pihole handles DHCP.

I have blocked IPSec, PPTP, L2TP on the router but am unsure if VPNs can still get through. If so, is there a VPN blocklist available for pihole?
