Blocking randomly generated domain names

Hello!

I would like to say that I really love Pi-Hole and love how the community has come together to make it better everyday. I downloaded an Android app and saw that the ads were still displaying (removed the app when I couldn't fix it). I looked into the logs and saw that the program (or ad server?) was generating random domain names to circumvent efforts to block the offending source.
I was wondering if there is anyway to customize a blacklist through maybe regex or some means to try to overcome this 'feature.' This was all done through the GUI (trying to block them). I realized there would be more randomly generated domains then I could manually blacklist. I've attached the logs in question. Any suggestions/ideas are most welcome. thank you!

Usually that type of randomly generated domain name is used by chrome to check if your connection is in a captive portal. The ads are probably coming through other domains.
