Blocking Mylobot DNS attack by using pihole

Hello everyone

I'm using my pihole on my cafe network, the problem many devices infected by Mylobot botnet, the botnet request huge DNS traffic, I found txt file contains all the domains that botnet use, the problem is that domains in txt file look like :

and the botnet request domains like :

and the file contains 8400 domains, how I can add them all as a wildcard or if any other way I can do this

Wouldn't be your first priority to clean those devices and start with a clean network instead of worrying about DNS requests?

If you already have a list of the domains you can add it as adlist via

file:///home/pi/list.txt
