Issue I am having
I have added some domains to my blocked list:

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
I am using the pihole installation as a dhcp server. I have disabled the dhcp server on my router.

You created the regex rules and assigned them to the "OnlyGames" group, but there are no clients assigned to this group.

If you want the regex rules applied to every client, assign them to the Default group.

If you want the regex rules applied only to specific clients, then you need to go to Clients page and add those clients to "OnlyGames" group.
