I have a similar problem but I don't know where it comes from.
All I see is this text here:
What is the issue? I assume you have that domain blocked, and so you got a blocked page.
A friend of mine also has a pihole and his block side looks like this:
Now I wonder why it's not the same for me too
I have now reconfigure the Pi-Hole and restart it, now i have the same block side like my friend
apparently restart works wonders here too
