I want to whitelist graph.facebook.com on my smartphone but i want to block this domain on my tablet. Is this possible?
Not with Pi-Hole. If a domain is blocked or whitelisted, that applies across all clients using that Pi-Hole.
You could run two instances of Pi-Hole, put each of those devices on a separate Pi-Hole, and then whitelist that domain on the Pi-Hole used by the smartphone.
