.*\.discordapp.com is what I have in my blacklist as a regex but it's still going through for some reason.
Is there another method to block discordapp.com from loading?
This regex is incorrect for blocking discordapp.com. You can test it at regex101.com.
A more reliable way to make regex is to enter discordapp.com in the blacklist page of the Web Admin GUI, then select add (wildcard) . Pi-hole will convert this to the proper regex that will block that domain and all subdomains. The resultant regex is:
(\.|^)discordapp\.com$
When you run this through the regex101.com tester, you will see that it works.

ok, I have another one to ask of how to block... twitch?
I've tried twitch.com and twitch.tv but they still go through
nevermind. it just randomly started blocking now.. maybe a little lag getting started
