Blacklist works on Android Phone but not on PC, tablet, Raspberry Pi

Expected Behaviour:

Under 'Domain management' in the Pi Hole admin settings, I have blacklisted the domains pokemon.com and yahoo.com using a mix of both exact and regex blacklisting. I expect these domains to be blocked on all my devices.

Actual Behaviour:

The domains are only being blocked on my Android phone showing the message "This site can't be reached. https://www.yahoo.com is unreachable. However, I can still access the sites on my Windows PC, iPad, and the Raspberry Pi OS web browser on my RPi4. I tried clearing browser cache and also a DNS Flush on my Windows 11 PC using ipconfig /flushdns.

Are you running DHCP on the pi-hole, or did you manually change yhe dns on every one of these devices you want net blocking?
