ist es möglich Gruppen für die Listen zu erstellen und somit mehrere Domains mit einmal zu aktivieren/deaktivieren? Ich möchte nicht das diverse Seiten alles mögliche laden, sondern nur wenn ich es direkt freigebe.

- youtube.com - youtu.be - googlevideo.com - ytimg.com - etc

Yes. Apply those domains to a specific group only, then assign the client(s) to the default group plus the specific group.
