## Expected Behaviour:
With a wildcard blacklist created, clicking on enable should enable the block and clicking on disable should disable the block.
## Actual Behaviour:
With a wildcard block created, clicking on disable will disable the block. Then after clicking on enable, it shows as being enabled, but it does not block the domain. Deleting the wildcard block entry and then recreating it, will allow the block to work, but the same behavior will still occur.
As an FYI, just to test I created a clean VM machine and installed pihole fresh. With that, I am seeing the same exact behavior.
It appears you are affected by a known bug. Until we release the fix in the master version of Pi-hole (it is already fixed in the development branch), do not use the Blacklist and Whitelist tabs in the web admin GUI.
Instead, make all domain assignments and enable/disable in the web admin GUI > Group Management > Domains.
