Audit log currently displays 10 allowed queries and 10 blocked queries. Is there a configuration option that would allow me to display more than just 10 queries?
No, there is no option. 10 is hard-coded

Can I make the suggestion to increase the hard coded limit and/or allow the user to display, like you guys do with the query log, 10, 25, 50, 100, all? Could this thread be moved to pi-hole suggestions as well?
