Will I click on it and what happens?
Where can I find the address I clicked on?

The audit button will remove them from the audit log (indicating that you are ok with the correct status of the domain, allowed or blocked). The audit log is there so you can see new domains (allowed and blocked) and perform an action on them if you want. It's not necessary to use the audit log feature.
