The issue I am having is an all black screen when trying to login to admin web interface.
This is a brand new install.

Does the issue happens when you access via IP or pi.hole?
Also, do you see any error message in the browser console (Devtools)?
More information, the black login screen happens in Chrome.
Using edge (ya, I'm sorry too) works just fine.
The error message (ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT) means the browser is blocking the resources.
This is probably caused by a browser extension. Try disabling your extensions to find out which one is causing the issue.
That's exactly what is was. uBlock Origin looks like it got a little too block heavy.
As soon and I disabled it, I'm able to load admin via the IP.
