The issue I am facing:

I have two pihole in VMware running same time and using UDM PRO, one unfi switch 16 port and one wifi
What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
Same pihole not resolving Alexa or other devices to work properly in day

I would bet this list is blocking some of the Amazon domains. Disable this list and rebuild gravity and see if the problem resolves.
