After update to 4.1 log shows PTR entries every hour

Hi,

after successful updating to 4.1 some PTR logs appear every hour. Both (reverse) IPs are the DNS I am using in PiHole.
DHCP is done by my router and all is working as normal, except these new logs every hour...

Is this a feature or a bug?

v4.1 logs more query types, so this is expected behavior. Those queries were still being made before updating.

Maybe they also were being made before updating, but they are visible for me exactly after the update.
But good to know that this is an expected behaviour.

I'm seeing the same thing and just started noticing after updating to Pihole 4.1. I found articles from 2008 that seemed to suggest that Windows XP did this but I'm running Windows 7 Home and see it as well. I would like to know if this is expected behavior or not. If you do a lookup it fails because the specific address is non-existent.
