edit: add two screenshots of my query and my blacklist

All your blocklists are assigned to group 0, but none of the clients are in this group. As a result, the clients have no blocking, since none of the lists are active in their groups.

WOW! you really need to put that in the insight of the upgrade! plus is kinda a pain assign each blocklist to every group one by one.

as an observation/recomendation for future release. the blocklist should go by default to every group, or there should be a bulk action button/option.

thank u! this resolve my problem!

By default (or on upgrade) all clients, adlist, domains are in group "Default". So if you don't change anything everything will be blocked as before. When you start adding clients and groups you have to manually assign them.

Please open a feature request on this.

Why? This somewhat defeats the purpose of groups if all the groups become the same.

The way I see it. With specifics groups I can "shutdown" pihole in a specific moment for a specific device. Without leaving the other devices expose to the web

That apply too for the whitelist domains. When you whitelisted one it goes to the default group. But the device that was trying to reach it is not in that group. So you have to go manually and apply that whitelist to that specific group. Don't know if you get me.

Anyways I will plan this as a feature request. Thank you for your time and thank you @yubiuser for the idea
