What is the full URL that you are using to access the admin page?

Does http://192.168.178.10/admin/ work? It looks like lighttpd is listening on port 80 and should handle the http traffic, nginx looks to be only on 443 and should only handle https traffic.
I am using Port 80 for redirect to 443 already. Can I use Pihole on 90?

Yes this worked thank you. I just needed to configure it to use php7.2-FPM.
That appears to be a Nginx based PHP configuration issue.
