admin page issue

**The issue I am facing:**I’m I can’t log in to the admin interface even though I’m entering the correct password. Every time I try to sign in nothing happens, there’s no error message and it doesn’t move past the login screen. I would appreciate any help in figuring out what might be causing this issue

What is the complete URL you are using to access your admin page?

Have you tried removing the web admin password with the following command?

sudo pihole setpassword

thanks i just removed the password as you suggested and it works!
