Admin page is running but shows " DNS service not running"

Expected Behaviour:

Admin page showing "DNS service running"

Actual Behaviour:

I have installed pihole on my android device using linux deploy.
The lighttpd server did not start properly and I followed this page but still have issue:

Cannot reach dashboard

How did you shut the Orange Pi down? Controlled shutdown via a command, or pulling the power plug? Run the following commands from the Pi terminal and post the output of the second and third sudo service lighttpd start sudo systemctl status --full --no-pager lighttpd journalctl -u lighttpd

The problem become I am able to login to admin page but status keep showing as "DNS service not running".
I see there is issue with chroot in the debug report but I don't know what to do to fix it.
