Graphs appear for a second then disappear, only reappear when mouse cursor is moved over that graph.
Did you try resetting your browser's cache?
Yes flushed browser cache and reinstalled pihole graphs still disappear.
Do you use any browser addons that might interfere with the web interface?
Please post a screen snap of what you are seeing.
It would appear that after some testing that some chrome extensions interfering with the graphs appearing, Adblock, Flashcontrol and Ultrawidify prevent the graphs from showing properly if any of them is enabled.
So disable them specifically on pi.hole
and how am I disabling browser extensions on pihole exactly?
You disable them by URL or website.
If you don't know about browsers extensions (AdBlock Plus, uBlock, NoScript,....) you probably don't have installed any.
I already posted that I am using and have tested several extensions, some of which are interfering with pihole web interface, what I don't understand is in what manner you are asking me to disable chrome extensions via pihole.
Not via Pihole, deactivate them in your browser. Try with disabling them all together and if it works, re-enable piece by piece. Often you can set options for them by right-clicking on the respective icon in the browser and whitelist certain sites (like pi.hole)
I literally did that already and discovered that some extensions are interfering with the web interface, what you just did was inform me to white list pihole through my extensions without actually phrasing it that way which was very confusing, you made it sound like I had to add the extensions to pihole in some manner.
The issue appears to be Flashcontrol, I have tested each of the six installed extensions and Flashcontrol is the only one to consistently prevent the graphs from displaying properly but even when the admin interface is white listed via the extension the graphs still disappear. Although Flashcontrol is the only one to consistently interfere with the graphs, other extensions do the same completely randomly eg. disable all extensions, clear browser cache, enable a single extension, open admin interface, graphs are working, change to different pihole page then back to dashboard, graphs are working, reload page the graphs disappear.
EDIT: It's completely random with the rest of the extensions, loaded admin interface, reload page multiple times, sometimes graphs remain, sometimes they don't. This issue came to exist from 5.1.1
