Expected behaviour:
If you add/delete a site to white- or blacklist it should be possible to enter a reason. For example a Web-Site, It will be also helpfull the date and time when the white- or blacklist entry was created.
May a changelog is needed or in the whitelist and blacklist these fields should be shown.
Actual behaviour:
I can see the date and time or reason when the white- or blacklist entry was created.
