Add Cloudflare filtered upstream DNS

Cloudflare DNS now have 2 more varients: The one that does no filter, filter only malware, filter malware and porn

I suggest adding those into the default DNS list, like Quad9 having 3 varients.

Cloudflare No Filter: 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1
Cloudflare Maltware Filter: 1.1.1.2, 1.0.0.2
Cloudflare Maltere and Porn: 1.1.1.3, 1.0.0.3

It's unlikely to happen.

The last requests for adding additional DNS servers to the web interface have been declined by the developers. But everyone has the ability to add custom DNS servers.

We won't be adding any more DNS servers to the list. You can add them as custom if you'd like when you install. We've declined all request for the last two years or so.
