Add Cloudflare family DNS servers to web interface

Seeing as there are filtered options for Quad9 I think it would make sense to add the filtered versions of Cloudflare's DNS.

I'm going to ask for this to be reverted. We've discussed not adding more DN…S upstreams, it just adds to much noise to the dialog screens. In this case there is the very high chance that people will select the filtered servers along with other non-filtered servers (selecting all the CloudFlare DNS servers for example.) If that happens then the filtering does not work, queries will go to the other non-filtered DNS servers. There is a documentation update on docs.pi-hole.net now that lists the filtered DNS servers with their addresses for people to enter as a custom upstream.
