I'm using pihole on raspberry pi 4 and it was blocking 100% but now only 93% I really don't know what happen I update raspberry pi os and pihole it self and even Adlist

The ability of Pi-hole to block domains on that specific test site (which is not intended only for Pi-hole users) is unrelated to whether or not Pi-hole is blocking ads for you.
Do you see ads in your everyday browsing?
A good test site is cnn.com, which is usually crawling with ads.
Then see what is missing for the 7%. These are cosmetic filters and the blocking of ad scripts. For that you need a content blocker in your browser, like uBlock. This cannot be blocked via DNS/Pi-Hole.
