Access Denied on a website

Hello,
I am running a brand new installation of Pi-hole [v5.1.2], Web Interface [v5.1.1], FTL [v5.2] as a docker instance in a Synology DSM. Generally speaking Pi-Hole works as expected. I am facing only one specific issue. When i am trying to access specific websites (e.g. zalando.nl), i get:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.zalando.nl/" on this server.

Now i did add zalando.nl to the whitelist. i flushed the DNS and i restarted Pi-hole. No joy. Issue remains. I checked in the logs and there is no reference to zalando.nl

My wife wants me to take off Pi-hole. Do you have any advice on how to fix this?

That's not a DNS response, it looks like you are actually being blocked by zalando.

You can try dig www.zalando.nl and dig www.zalando.nl @PI-HOLE-IP-THAT-DEBUG-WOULD-HAVE-TOLD-THE-DEVELOPERS to see what the actual IP address is.
