A public ip on my Pi-Hole Top Clients

Hi, i'm an happy new user of Pi-Hole but there is a strange thing that i don't understand..
From the dashboard i see that in the Top Clients there is the ip 185.107.80.2
How this is possible? That is a public ip
Also, at the top of the Permitted Domain list i see esc.gov, always queried from 185.107.80.2
Sound a bit strange to me...

It appears that port 53 on your network is open to the public. Go this this siet and scan your ports and see if any are open:

Thanks jfb, that site didn't find anything but with a nmap from my raspberry on my public ip i found with a very big surprise (and fear!) that my Rasp has ports 22,53 and 80 opened to all the world!
A mistake with dmz setting on my router did this mess..
Thanks to Pi-Hole i found this before my Rasp was hacked...
