4.0 - DHCP not working?

Expected Behaviour:

DHCP lease is provided by the pi-hole.

Actual Behaviour:

DHCP is not responding to local network requests. If I enable the DHCP on my router, it works again.

Is that happening on multiple clients or on one client only?

On the PC, run ipconfig /release, then ipconfig /flushdns, then ipconfig /renew. It may be looking for the previous DHCP server, which was the router.
