Youtube hidden comments because restricted mode

Hello friends,
I am newbie in PiHole and this is my issue.
running version 4.4 version on raspberry4
running these block lists:

no white list
my DNS is OpenDNS, but the issue is the same regardless to any chosen dns server.

Expected Behaviour:

Expecting seeing the comments under the youtube video.

Actual Behaviour:

In Youtube app i do not see comments on individual video. I also see that I am running in Restricted mode of youtube app and I can not disable it.
When I change the dns server in my mobile to standard one, e.g. google, it works.

Hi Jfb,
unfortunatelly, I was not able to help myself using the FAQs.
The comments in Youtube are not visible when I removed all block lists, I disabled-permanent the pihole without change. I was shuffling with various dns addresses without change.
The only thing which revert the thing back to normal was change manually dns in my device (valid for mobile phone, and also laptop)

There must be some settings which automatically throw the network to restricted mode.
Please help.

There are none in Pi-hole unless you have installed some in a configuration file.

Try changing your upstream DNS servers in Pi-hole to something other than what you are using, and see if that resolves the problem.

Hi, I have used all available DNS, no change.
only one file I have edited myself, to set static ip in /etc/dhcpcd.conf.

Really no idea what is going wrong. Funny is I disable pihole and the restricted mode is still active...

This is a good indicator that Pi-hole is not causing this issue. Perhaps a browser setting.

You get me wrong, the raspberry4 with pihole is running, just is disabled in settings.
it is only working well when I manually change the network adapter of laptop.
I have cleanned the cache of the browser (chrome), the same also firefox, but without solution.

SOLVED.
Finnally my router change the raspberrypi to secure mode. As Raspi is the new device in the network, it bacame default-secure settings from router. After manually adjusting the comments appeared as expected.
