Heya
Just finished installing PiHole and would like to know what can I do next to make PiHole better? Just overall internet usage, gaming and streaming while trying to maintain privacy and not break every website.
Currently in a country that censor certain things so anyway around those beside VPN?

PiHole in itself is good enough.
I see people on the forum trying to get more hosts lists added, but I don't think you need to. The developpers of PiHole did an excellent choice.
What you can do is add PiVPN. You won't regret it..
I use it to log in on my network. No open ports except the PiVPN port and all traffic through a safe tunnel.
I'm using Domoticz @home and I can reach to it from any spot as soon as the PiVPN connection is established.
Make the Wireguard choice, it installs the PiHole connection much better than the OpenVPN option and is blazing fast in establishing the connection compared to OpenVPN.
